Your wild creative vision made real
Creative partnership for phenomenal humans at the intersection of art, business, and power.
You already have something no one else has.
You're the leader whose vision is bigger than anything you've built so far. The artist who hasn't found the full expression of your voice yet. The founder whose aching idea is kicking your abdomen. Someone famished to expand into what’s next.
Together, we'll create a hot pink studded world with no ceiling and watch it come alive. Your wildest, can-I-actually-say-this-out-loud vision — made real.
As a messy human and rebellious boundless creative, I'll be your ride or die who brings great snacks and one hell of a playlist and creates the conditions for your truest work to emerge.
This is a creative partnership with an energetic match who sees the 100x version of you. I'll invite it out to play, take a running jump, and birth that creative venture at the juicy intersection of art, business, and power — one only you could create.

Meet Pia, a creative partner, author, and founder of Kollektiv Studio.
Pia Leichter is a creative director, best selling author, certified coach, and entrepreneur. Her path has been anything but ordinary: she’s reported as a journalist in Sri Lanka, graduated summa cum laude from NYU, produced an economic documentary in Bahrain, and worked as an award-winning creative director for some of the biggest brands in the world. Now, as the founder of Kollektiv Studio, she’s uniquely positioned to co-create wild visions and ventures.
With over a decade of experience spanning London, Gothenburg, and Copenhagen, Pia has built brands. launched a creative studio, and served as a judge for top industry competitions. Along the way, she’s earned a stack of awards and the trust of creators across the globe.
Whether creatively partnering with visionaries or helping people reclaim their creativity, Pia doesn’t just think outside the box—she redesigns it and, occasionally, burns it down.
