I’m Pia, a creative partner, best-selling author, certified coach, and founder of Kollektiv - a conscious creation studio.

Kollektiv Studio unleashes creativity to build a better world

We help people create. People who do things differently to make a difference. We share a rebellious spirit, a non-conformist streak, visionary tendencies, and a deep-seated desire to make an impact.

Through creative partnership with phenomenal humans—founders, leaders, and creatives, we birth wild visions and ventures that rip and ripple into the world.

Kollektiv is what we create together, and how these creations can shape new realities and futures. We collaborate through creative journeys, retreats, and experiences.

Studio is what I create and release - books, an album, weekly notes, an annual magazine (one day), talks, and anything I can conceive and feel drawn to making real in the world.

I unleash creativity in others and in myself, and marvel at the creative potential and opportunities available to us (and always present within and around us). And what’s possible from this place. Psst. Everything.

 

Your creative midwife

I spent over a decade as an award-winning creative director, copywriter, and creative strategist at agencies across London, Gothenburg, and Copenhagen. But where I really got my shine, that extra spice that makes the dish taste like nothing else you've experienced, happened after I certified as a coach.

When coaching and creativity collide, my clients experience a life and business that gives them the chills, the confidence to take the biggest bet on themselves, their business, and art, and that heart-racing, can't-contain-this-energy feeling of pure creative potential. They discover what they really want to create and become who they need to be to create it.  

Together, we birth big, meaty ideas — the visions that once kept them up at night made jaw-droppingly real.

As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), an award-winning creative, published author, and a nomadic wild child with a history of chaos, change, and reinvention, I’m your partner in creation.

Creative Collaborations

 

I’ve built a creative studio, teams, and brands, worked for some of the biggest brands in the world, from IKEA to Volvo, won numerous awards, and judged award shows such as The One Show (recently its Green Pencil award), Creative Circle, and the FWA. But I am most proud of work that creates impact and drives positive change.

Over the course of my creative career, I’ve launched the first Volvo sold online, creating a VR test drive and digital showroom, revitalized Maersk’s values and purpose, developed IKEA Home View, inviting the world into people’s homes, and developed the first DIY surveillance kit, starting important conversations around the end of privacy (to name a few).

And now, as the founder of Kollektiv Studio, I’m unleashing creativity to build a better world, one wild venture at a time.
