A chemistry call
A complimentary 60-minute chemistry call where we explore what’s calling you or where you might be stuck.
We will also see if we’re the right fit for each other.
Intimate 1-hour sessions
12x one-hour coaching sessions in real-time, held every other week for a period of six months.
We kick off with a 2 hour deep-dive discovery session.
A guiding partnership
During these sessions, I guide you towards your own vision of the future, dreams, values, and actions steps—while offering resources, powerful questions, and intuitive hits along the way.
In-between sessions
Throughout the program, you’ll have digital access to me, which may include voice notes and messages.
You’d be amazed how breakthroughs also happen in-between sessions.
Fieldwork
Each week, you will be given fieldwork based on what emerges in each session. You will design your own accountability practices.
Self-practices will be tailored and co-created, which may include affirmations, embodiment, or meditations.
Bonus

Our first 2 sessions will be a deep dive into you - where you are, where you’d like to be, and what you value. By the end of these sessions, you will have mapped your values and the direction ahead.
Authenticity
Reconnect to yourself - your difference that makes a difference. In these x2 sessions, we will enter the house of you to discover your clear and authentic voice either as a ‘brand’, business owner or individual. Uncovering imposter, comparison or creative blocks, and connecting to your gut and inner wisdom.
purpose
A series of visualizations and visioning get to the heart of what you stand for, what you dream of, what you offer, and the impact you (could) make. At the end of these x2 sessions, you will have crafted draft purpose and impact statements.
Co-CREATION
We further unfold, refine and clarify your purpose and impact narrative through brainstorming and co-creation. Your tone of voice, authentic expression, core narrative, and distinct offer will be made clear by the end of these x2 co-creation sessions.
